Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a referral:

All employees are eligible to participate in the Refer Your Friend program.
Rewards apply only to roles listed under this program; you may still refer candidates for other roles.
The program is void if the candidate has already applied directly to Seven Retail.
In case of multiple referrers, ownership is determined by the form submission timestamp.
The bonus is paid out ONLY if the referral is hired and passes the probation period.
The bonus is paid out ONLY if the referrer is still an active employee (not resigned / in notice period).
The bonus is paid on the next payroll date based on the candidate's probation end date.
People Team, HR Ops, and AVP+ employees may refer but are not eligible for rewards.
